| Our Service Concept: |
|
We provide services in the field of Energy,
Environment and Economics, offering our clients a combination of
speed, high quality and low costs. We achieve this through a unique
combination of:
|
|
|
| |
|
Local Presence
|
|
We aim to provide our clients the convenience
of a local presence. Our core markets are China and Mongolia, and
that is where our offices are. Caspervandertak Consulting has offices
in Beijing and Lanzhou in China. Green Energy Co., Ltd, our wholly
owned subsidiary company, is based in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaan
Baatar.
Our local presence helps us to provide our clients
with the best possible services for the least costs, through:
In depth in-house knowledge of local customs, policies and
regulations.
Whenever you hire us, you do not need to pay us for collecting basic
information. We can build on our past work and will immediately
get on with the real work, saving you time and money;
Access to policymakers and key informers.
For some assignments, we not only need to know the current policies
and regulations, we also need to know how these may develop over
time. We don't need to waste time looking for sources of information
on discussions about future policy directions, we know who we should
contact to get information on the latest policy discussions;
Access to reliable local experts.
In our work areas, we know reliable local experts who are able to
provide high-quality work on time and for a reasonable price.
|
| |
| Result-oriented |
|
Our objective is to achieve results useful for our clients - directly
implementable recommendations, project designs that can be immediately
funded, or access to financing on favorable conditions, using for
example CDM and/or soft loans. In line with this philosophy, we
are often willing to accept assignments on a success fee basis,
which means that we get paid only if we are successful in achieving
a well-defined result. We put our money where our tongue is.
|
| |
| Cost-effective |
| Our aim is to provide our clients
with low-costs services, by saving on non-essential costs. We have
low overhead, and make use of local resources wherever we can without
compromising on quality. Our experts are based in China, so we avoid
some transportation and living costs. For those reasons, our costs
are low, and our quality to price ratio is high. |
